We are Maria Isabel Fernandez and Cesar A. Chavez, the proud co-owners of Homewatch CareGivers. Maria Isabel, from the city of Managua, Nicaragua, and Cesar, from the city of Ciudad Juarez, Mexico, have joined forces to establish this compassionate in-home care service.

Maria Isabel holds a degree in Business Administration from Texas Christian University and has honed her skills as a Project Manager over the last few years. Beyond her professional pursuits, you'll find her immersed in literature, embracing the transformative power of Pilates, and hitting the pavement for a refreshing run. These hobbies contribute to her personal well-being and reflect her commitment to a holistic approach to care.

Cesar holds a degree from the University of Texas at Dallas and has been through major cities in Texas while working in the Financial Services industry. Beyond business, you'll find him immersed in the world of triathlons, experimenting with culinary creations, and exploring new and unique coffee places. These hobbies reflect his commitment to both physical well-being and the simple joys of life.

The Heart Behind Homewatch CareGivers

Our journey into the world of in-home care is deeply rooted in personal experiences. Both of us have had, or currently have, at least one grandparent who has experienced in-home care. Presently, Maria Isabel’s grandmothers are benefiting from the invaluable support and companionship of caregivers. Witnessing the positive impact this care has had on their lives, Maria is driven by a heartfelt desire to extend the same level of compassionate assistance to others.

On the other side, Cesar's inspiration comes from a more challenging chapter. His great grandfather, a role model, faced a diagnosis that hindered him from performing everyday tasks. The family decided to provide him with 24/7 caregivers, allowing him not only to navigate through his days but ensuring his last months were made as comfortable as possible. These profound experiences deeply impacted both Cesar and Maria, shaping their understanding of the significance of quality in-home care. When the opportunity arose to establish a business that could provide this impactful service to others, there was no hesitation.
