I’m Ranjana Shardha, proud owner of Homewatch CareGivers of Santa Rosa. I was born and raised in India but have lived in multiple countries across the globe – Toronto, Canada and Dubai, U.A.E to name a few. This wide range of cultural exposure allowed me to pick up more than 7 languages and develop a very culturally diverse mindset. My unique cultural insight, along with my passion for serving the elderly population and past homecare experience, has allowed me to expand a very strong and reliable home care agency.

Meet Our Team

Ranjana Shardha, President & CEO

Ranjana Shardha is the President & CEO of Homewatch CareGivers of Santa Rosa, a role she took on in 2022. Born and raised in India, Ranjana has also lived in Toronto, Canada, and Dubai, U.A.E., giving her a diverse cultural exposure and helping her learn more than seven languages. Her broad experience has cultivated a culturally diverse mindset. She holds a post-graduate degree in Health Informatics, a degree in Computer Engineering, and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. With over 15 years of experience working in healthcare, Ranjana has specialized in health informatics across hospitals, primary care, mental health organizations, and home care in various countries. Her passion for serving the elderly has contributed to the growth of her agency in Santa Rosa, which is now one of the top home care providers in the area. Outside of her professional life, Ranjana enjoys traveling, practicing yoga, cooking, and meeting new people to learn about their cultures and experiences.

Jasmine Snyder, Admin Assistant

Jasmine is a Mexican American born and raised in Los Angeles, California. She has been caregiving for most of her working years, taking care of many family members. Her role at HWCG began when she first moved to Sonoma County over a year ago. Jasmine started off working with wonderful clients, each with different personalities, and then transitioned into the office.

As an Admin Assistant, Jasmine handles various duties, including introducing caregivers to clients to ensure care goes comfortably and smoothly, assisting with the hiring process to find the best candidates, and ensuring all paperwork and filing are complete. Her time at HWCG has provided her with valuable experience, not only in caregiving but also in understanding the hard work and dedication that supports it.

Outside of work, Jasmine enjoys making home-cooked meals and visiting amusement parks with family and friends.

Debbie Parent, Director of Operations

Debbie has been with Homewatch CareGivers since 2016, beginning her journey as a caregiver. A year later, she transitioned to the office as a Scheduler and eventually became the Director of Operations. With 13 years of caregiving experience and 7 years in office management, Debbie brings a wealth of expertise to her role.

A Sonoma County native, Debbie enjoys spending time with family and friends. She is known for her compassion, patience, and open-mindedness. Debbie is deeply passionate about her work, viewing it as a meaningful way to give back to those who have paved the way for others.
