Wes and Sylvia Carson, along with two of their sons, Ben and Joe, took over the business in 2008. In 2012, their daughter Kirsti and son-in-law Andy Delahunty joined the company. The family’s operation of this service-oriented business has provided a satisfying escape from corporate life for Wes after his 30-year career in law, telecommunications, and media. The Carson family has had a long commitment to community service. Wes and Sylvia have been active in their communities over the years. Ben and Joe followed the example of their older brother Alex, by taking breaks from college for voluntary service missions. Alex and Ben both served in Chile and Joe did his service in Nevada. Andy also served a mission, spending two years in El Salvador. Kirsti has been active helping youth groups and children’s organizations since she was a young adult.
