Homewatch CareGivers of Phoenix conducted their annual West Valley Christmas Caroling with a quartet of singers from a local high school on Tuesday, December 11th, 2018. The Scottsdale Christmas Caroling will be held on Thursday, December 20th, 2018.
The carolers were taken to 8 different senior living communities, rehabilitation facilities, memory care units, and hospice in-patient units, where they entertained the residents and patients with familiar Christmas carols. The communities and facilities visited were spread throughout the cities of Sun City, Sun City West, Glendale, and Peoria.
This heartwarming event has become a staple on all the communities’ holiday calendars and everyone seems to welcome the carolers return. Those attending are encouraged to join in and sing along with the carolers as they spread good cheer and the holiday spirit. The songs evoke a lot of emotions as they bring back fond memories for all who attend.
Christmas Caroling is one of the many ways that Homewatch CareGivers of Phoenix contributes and gives back to the local community. We are so thankful for the opportunity to improve the quality of life for those whom we serve and caroling enables us to bring you and a smile to everyone’s face.
