About Us

I'm Richard, a Certified Public Accountant by profession. I spent most of my career servicing large not-for-profits that focused on health and safety. Unlike most administrative personnel, I had a roll your sleeves up and get dirty attitude, which resulted in my involvement in ground-level operations with a focus on quality services. Other family members have worked in the medical field in various capacities, including caregiving.

Our family always dreamed of working together and doing something so everyone could contribute their unique skills while still getting that sense of fulfillment. Our careers in healthcare, finance, and non-profit all stemmed from the desire to leave this world a little better than we found it. When the opportunity to join Homewatch CareGivers presented itself, the whole family was on board. When we researched and learned more about Homewatch CareGivers' history and philosophy of helping people stay in their homes longer to extend their health and their lives, we knew we had to be part of it.

Caregiving comes naturally to us; we grew up accompanying our parents and grandparents as they routinely visited those who were unable to do for themselves and tend to their needs. Members of the family have continued that practice of providing person-centered care with dignity. Our intention is to infuse technology and a proven system to empower and enhance the well-being of the community we serve.
