I hope the new year has started off well for everyone! We are all celebrating our Cincinnati Bengals. Who Dey! We were all humbled and reminded how precious life is when Damar Hamlin went down on the field with heart trouble and praise God, he is recovering!

As we start off 2023, I would like to share what our focus will be. This year, I would like to use one word as a company theme for us. Something that fuels us, impacts what we do each and every day and something that will resonate throughout the company. This year’s theme will be "Extraordinary." I want us to be the local homecare company that is known for the 'extra personal touch.'

To help us achieve this goal, I have promoted one of our outstanding companion caregivers, Ms. Denise Reeves, to serve as our first ever Care Coordinator. Denise came to Homewatch with a background in social work. She has a passion to serve seniors and she believes in our mission. Denise will be meeting all clients and caregivers quarterly. These meetings will ensure that clients have a way to provide feedback and receive answers to any questions that may arise. In addition, she will be completing caregiver spot checks to ensure our team is in uniform, tasks are completed and to attend to any needs our caregivers might have while out in the field.

We will be providing "extraordinary care" in 2023. You will see this theme on our marketing materials, caregiver t-shirts and other promotional items.
