Our Homewatch CareGivers staff creates a unique plan of care for each client that we see in San Diego and Carlsbad. It is based on the preferences and needs of each individual client. We look at the whole picture – medical, mental, social, etc. For us, in-home care assistance starts with finding the right caregiver for each client. Like one current client who told us she loved to watch old movies, we had a caregiver who we knew also enjoyed the same thing. Putting these two together created a great relationship that is more like family now than work. We strive to create that kind of experience for each and every one of our clients.

We also monitor clients on a regular basis through Quality Assurance visits. As we notice a client’s needs changing, healing, or declining in health, we keep our care plans updated and adjust services based on their current needs. Additionally, we share our Plan of Care with the families and medical professionals alike for the betterment of our client’s well-being and health care needs in the San Diego area.
