Homewatch CareGivers of Marlborough 

I am Jayati Banerjee, owner of Homewatch CareGivers of Marlborough. In my journey, as I kept discovering myself and my purpose, I always wanted my relationships with life and people to be meaningful. I believe that we all should be allowed to live our lives to the best of our potential. Growing up, I realized how important it was to have a career as I explored the opportunities to have new experiences. I learned to try new things and remained curious to life, in general. Even though I was never a runner, Boston made me into one. I finished marathons, twice, volunteered for runners, volunteered as a teacher in Citizen school in Roxbury and volunteered in Rosie’s kitchen and every time, unmistakably, I came home with joy, purpose and fulfillment.

As I pursued my dreams, my mom had some health challenges and it was through this experience that my family learned about the importance and impact of personal care in the home with trained caregivers. At first, it was hard to ask for help but we did and then my mom was feeling safe. When I look back into our life as a family, I can personally vouch for the value a good, compassionate, skilled caregiver brings to someone’s home in need. There is no greater purpose in life other than keeping our own families safe. 

When an opportunity came for me to start my own business, I knew what I wanted to do; I wanted to work for my purpose of helping individuals in the community to stay safe and independent in their home. I wanted to create jobs in the community and help in well-being and personal development of my employees. Everything I learned from the last twenty years of my professional experience, I brought to make a difference through Homewatch CareGivers. I am thankful to the universe for having this opportunity to build personal relationships and enhance quality of life through care and companionship.

I live in Acton with my husband Subroto, our daughter Aadia and dog, Cookie. At Homewatch CareGivers of Marlborough, we will be here for you, to take care of your loved ones.
