Abel Sessofia, President/Owner

I’m a compassionate entrepreneur and dedicated leader with a heartfelt commitment to improving lives through personalized in-home caregiving. As the proud owner of Homewatch CareGivers of Eden Prairie, I’m excited to provide caring, individualized support to individuals and families in our wonderful community, including Eden Prairie itself. My love for caregiving comes from a genuine desire to make a positive difference in people’s lives. 

With over 10 years of experience in healthcare, along with a technology background, I bring a wealth of knowledge in operations and management. I truly understand the importance of building meaningful connections with both clients and caregivers, which helps us create exceptional care solutions that give families peace of mind. 

My approach is grounded in empathy, integrity, and a passion for making a positive impact in our local communities, including Eden Prairie, Bloomington, Savage, Shakopee, Chaska, Chanhassen, and Excelsior. Brandie Dzedzej, RN, Nurse

I grew up in Minnesota and had a brief chance to live in Hawaii, where I worked at the Tripler Army Medical Center while serving in the Army. This experience helped me realize that healthcare was not just a profession for me; it was truly my calling. After returning to Minnesota, I pursued further education and became a Medical Assistant, then an LPN, and ultimately an RN with a BSN. 

Throughout my journey, I’ve had the privilege of working in various healthcare settings, and I’ve found immense fulfillment in urgent care, mental health, and addiction services. I deeply value the opportunity to provide client-centered care, working closely with clients and their families to support them in remaining in their homes for as long as possible. 

Life is busy with two teenagers and a few pets who keep me on my toes! In my free time, I find joy in working out, and as soon as the weather warms up, I look forward to taking my motorcycle out for a ride.

Dionna Kellogg, Office Manager

I have been happily married to my wonderful husband for 24 years, and together we are proud parents of two amazing grown children. In my free time, I find joy in ice fishing and volunteering at my church, where I connect with others in our community. 

With 12 years of experience in home care focused on memory care, I have been fortunate to fill various roles, including Staffing Coordinator, Business Office Manager, and caregiver. Over the past five years, my passion has been dedicated to empowering caregivers to provide compassionate and excellent care for our clients living with Alzheimer's and dementia. 

I understand that this field can be incredibly challenging, but it also offers profound rewards. I feel a deep sense of joy and fulfillment knowing that I can make a positive difference in the lives of families during such a crucial time in their journey. Supporting loved ones in their care needs truly is a meaningful and impactful endeavor.

Brenda Reddan, Sales and Marketing Associate

As a Sales & Marketing Associate for Homewatch Caregivers, I have the heartfelt privilege of connecting with the organizations and individuals who rely on our home health services. I understand that navigating the world of home health care can be overwhelming, and I am genuinely passionate about supporting those who are making such personal decisions. I strive to provide the detailed information and education they seek, ensuring they feel informed and empowered. As a lifelong Minnesota resident, I have spent the last 25 years in Chaska, where I raised my four children with my husband. This community has been our home, and I truly appreciate the values and services that it offers. In my previous sales and marketing roles, I’ve had the opportunity to engage with many local businesses and community organizations, building relationships that matter. I look forward to continuing these meaningful connections on behalf of the dedicated and compassionate associates at Homewatch Caregivers. Together, we aim to make a positive impact in the lives of those we serve.
