About Us

We are Josh and Courtney Harper and we are honored to serve our community as the owners of Homewatch CareGivers of Chandler – Sun Lakes, Arizona! 

We believe that clients, their families, and caregivers working together reduces stress and creates a balanced environment of love, understanding, care, and connection. This belief was shaped by our personal experiences and we can relate to each one of our clients. 

First, a little about us! We are high school sweethearts and have experienced many phases of life and countless adventures together. We have two beautiful daughters and an ever-growing number of cats and dogs. We both enjoy travelling and being outdoors. Josh loves to grill and has a custom smoker for making the perfect brisket. Courtney loves animals (especially alpacas), the beach, reading, and relaxing with a cozy blanket. In addition to caring for those in need of a helping hand, we are passionate about advocating for youth in foster care and supporting animal shelters. 

We are accountants by trade and entrepreneurs and servants at heart. Courtney’s battle with a life-changing autoimmune disease showed us the invaluable worth of caregivers firsthand. We have also been personally blessed by the loving care of hospice aides that allowed us to cherish precious moments with a parent. By entrusting caregiving duties to professionals during these times, our family was able to focus on being present with our loved ones and each other. At Homewatch CareGivers, we want to empower others to have the same experience.
