Welcome to Homewatch CareGivers of Central Clearwater where every person is treated like our Family. We started Homewatch CareGivers of Central Clearwater to provide a unique experience of unmatched caregiving services to our clients. Our Team brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to help clients age in their homes. We come from diverse backgrounds bringing experience from being a medical practitioner, a medical surgical nurse, and the pharmaceutical industry liaison. 

I am Vera Javor previously working in private practice as a Neurologist specializing in patients who have special needs such as memory care and dementia. I deeply care for the special needs patients and bring my knowledge and experience to help clients age in their homes. I also have over twelve years experience and training working in Emergency Medicine. My vision is to provide patients to have more productive lives while enhancing their well-being to live at home.

Meet Julia Sheppard our nurse administrator with experience working with medical/surgical patients having difficult to treat disease states. At the core of Julia’s vision is a deep passion to help patients maintain better health and provide a personalized nursing service based on each client’s needs.

I am Tom Javor the third member of this caring team. I bring over three decades of experience helping people obtain the right medication to live more productive, healthy lives by being the pharmaceutical liaison between the manufacturer and the patient. 
My experience as a caregiver was inspired by my grandmother passing on the values to nurture with compassion while taking care of my grandfather suffering from the effects of a stroke. As I watched the special attention and care my grandmother gave, I learned a gentle caring attitude she provided as a caregiver. I had the opportunity to apply my grandmother’s approach to caregiving when she fractured her hip at age 96. Her doctor’s prognosis was not good expecting my grandmother not to recover. I took it upon myself to be her caregiver applying the values and lessons she taught me. I feel this was my calling to help her recover in her home by providing passionate gentle care for her. With that care her life was extended to age 102 to enjoy her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. I saw my purpose in life change after taking care of my grandmother having the independence with dignity to live in her home with all her memories and nostalgia. That is our desire for every family we come in contact to know that every client needs the opportunity for this great gift to age in their homes with a gentle and competent approach to caregiving.
