About Homewatch CareGivers of Cary

In 2003 Anzor Gachechiladze and Kimberly Flair started Homewatch CareGivers of the Triangle, a business that enables seniors to stay and age at home for as long as reasonably possible. Few years later their daughters Stephanie and Leslie joined the business to help manage the rapid growth of the company and to experience meaningful, soul-satisfying work. Later on Leslie became a Business Manager and Stephanie assumed a responsibility of running our newest office in Cary.

Thanks to our clients, wonderful caregivers and partners in health care Cary office of Homewatch CareGivers continues to grow and provide exceptional home care to the residents of the Research Triangle area. Over 2,200 Triangle residents have received more than 1.5 million hours of home care services from our caregivers over the past 12 years.

We understand that making decisions about the quality of life of someone you care for can be overwhelming. Choosing a caregiver agency is no easy task. To better understand each client’s needs, our nurse will provide a free initial consultation. During this process we will determine the level of home care needed and will create the plan of elder care reflecting the client’s individual needs. We will also help explore the community resources that might be available for families coping with caregiving issues. After the appropriate caregiver or team of care professionals is selected, we will share the care plan with the team and will start services immediately. Our Cary home care services can range from 4 to 24 hours per day, including weekends and holidays.
