Dementia & Quality In-Home Care

It’s one thing for a company to talk about their long-term care services but take it from a geriatrician and dementia care expert.

Author, geriatrician and dementia care expert G. Allen Power, MD, is featured in this new video explaining why quality in-home care is so beneficial to those in need of care and their families.

“I think quality home care is huge because the vast majority of people living with a diagnosis [of dementia] do not live in long-term care, they still live in their own house or apartment,” Dr. Power says. “I think it’s critical that we have home-based services.”
