We have used Homewatch CareGivers in Meridian, ID for approximately 3 years now. Our current caregiver, Eliza Campoverde, is friendly, helpful, attentive, and sensitive to the needs of my wife, whom she cares for. When we have needed her to stay longer, she has willing done so. When we have needed her to transport my wife for an appointment, she has done so willingly and carefully. This is appreciated, and she has been careful with our vehicle in doing so. I believe that every company runs into an occasional situation where the provider becomes unavailable to provide care on a particular day because of becoming ill or other emergency situations. When this has occurred the company has let us know on a timely basis and has worked diligently to find a replacement caregiver. These replacements have also provided quality care.
