Homewatch CareGivers of Western MA is a family owned and operated home care agency serving the elderly and disabled throughout all of Hampden, Hampshire and Franklin Counties. Our motto is “Let our family care for your family.” We truly embrace the notion that our clients, their families, and our CareGivers are an extension of our immediate family. We strive to ensure that the care provided is nothing less than what we would want or expect for our own family members.
It is our goal to have the most highly trained and qualified staff of caregivers available for our clients. To that end, all of our CareGivers are:
- Bonded and Insured
- All are either Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) or Certified CareGivers
- All have been subjected to a background check
We specialize in the following types of care:
- 24 hour care
- Memory care for those suffering from dementia and related illnesses
- Hospice care
- Care for the disabled and those with chronic conditions
- Care for those who are rehabilitating and recovering from injury and illness.
It is our goal to make home care as affordable as possible. We do not require any up-front fees or deposits, and there is no term to our Service Agreement; that is, you can cease using our service at any time. We offer flexible payment arrangements as well. We can file claims for all Long Term Care insurance carriers.
