We consider Homewatch to be the premier provider of private pay home care in Minnesota. Our mission is simple, "We do our very best to make it possible for people to live where they want to live."
Homewatch clients have personalized care plans that are managed by a Registered Nurse. A Certified Home Health Aide provides care on a day-to-day basis. Our nurses and home health aides are selectively hired and all have elder care experience. Our clients get to know and trust a consistent caregiver and nurse. We provide care for people who live in their own homes or apartments, assisted living apartments, or with family.
Homewatch home care can include companionship, housekeeping, meals, rides, assistance with personal cares, social activities, medication set up and administration, monitoring of vital signs, assisting with transfers and more. We help some of our clients for a few hours each week and others have a live-in caregiver. Homewatch home care can be hourly, live-in, overnight, or around-the-clock care. We can also provide respite care, which allows time away for family caregivers. We serve the greater Twin Cities area, much of Southern Minnesota, and other select outstate areas.
